532nm 7W High Power Diode Pumped Laser

This time it is a 532nm green DPSS laser commonly used in laboratories. Its output power can reach 7000mW.  A heat dissipation module is added to the bottom of the laser. There are 2 cooling fans at the bottom of the laser heat dissipation. There are two working modes, CW/Modulation, to choose from on the back of the power supply.

 

There is a protective cover on the interface where the laser head is connected to the laser power supply. When connecting, the protective cover needs to be removed first. The light outlet of the laser head has a protective cover, which must be removed before starting the machine.

The Knob on the front of the power supply is used to adjust the current, thereby controlling the laser output power. Adjust the output power to maximum. After preheating for about 1 minute, the laser can output continuously and stably.

523.5nm DPSS Laser VS 532nm Green Laser

Both 523.5nm and 532nm are green DPSS lasers. The light spots are all in TEM00 mode. 532nm is the most common green laser. Today we will provide a detailed introduction to the 523.5nm laser. The power output of this laser adjustable ranges from 1mW to 50mW.  Please watch the video below.

589nm 3W Yellow DPSS Laser For Scientific Research

The 589nm yellow laser is a new light source that has important applications in spectroscopy, laser positioning and navigation, astronomy, and other fields. It also has broad application prospects in the fields of laser sodium guide, laser radar, laser medical, stage performance, urban viewing, defense military and scientific research.

In the video above is a 589nm 3W yellow DPSS laser system. It has two working modes, CW and Modulation, and the switch button is on the back of the laser power supply. Trigger is the modulation signal input interface. There is a protective cover on the connector of the laser module and the laser power supply cable, and the protective cover must be removed before connecting.

1064nm Infrared Laser 10W High Power DPSS Laser

It is 1064nm high power laser with heat sink at the bottom of the laser head. It adopts air cooling mode, with 2 cooling fans. The light outlet has a protective cover. The modulation mode can be selected from the original TTL or Analog, and upgraded to be compatible with both.

When the key is turned ON, the laser starts to work. The knob is to adjust the current size, thereby adjusting the laser output power. Preheat for 1 to 5 minutes, and the laser power reaches the maximum value.

The connector connecting the laser head to the power supply has a protective cover. When installing the laser, it needs to be unscrewed first.

532nm 1W DPSS TEM00 Lab Laser

It is 532nm DPSS laser source. This laser source can be controlled by software. The connection of the laser and the PC software, using the RS232 communication protocol. The laser supports two modes of operation CW/Modulation, and an external signal input is required when switching to Modulation. Here is the free space output, and it is also possible to customize the fiber-coupled laser. Let’s check it now.

Software operation.
Click the [Open COM] button to connect the control circuit on the laser.
Multiple laser operating parameters can be viewed/set in the software.
As a special reminder, it is necessary to set a maximum working current parameter according to the current laser first, so as to avoid the current of the later regulation being too high and damaging the laser.
